We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized or unlawful activity.

Holly does not control how you use your Instagram account, nor do we assume liability for actions taken by Instagram, including account restrictions or bans. Users are expected to comply with Instagram's terms and community guidelines.
To purchase Holly services, you must select one of our available packages and complete the checkout process, including submitting accurate billing details and payment information. Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party provider. Holly does not store your payment credentials.
All services offered by Holly are based on single, one-time purchases. There are no recurring payments, no subscriptions, and no automatic renewals. By completing the payment, you agree to pay a single fee for the selected package. When the service period ends, you must place a new order to continue or extend your growth services.
All payments are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policy of the provider. Holly is not responsible for the storage or misuse of your payment information by third parties. Currency exchange rates may apply based on your local banking institution and are beyond Holly's control.
Holly reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Notice of changes will be provided prior to the effective date where appropriate, and any changes will apply only to future purchases. Discounts may be offered occasionally via email promotions, limited-time offers, or through your personal account manager. All discounts are discretionary and subject to terms defined at the time of the offer.
Holly strives for customer satisfaction and offers refunds in specific cases. Refund eligibility depends on factors such as package type, engagement results, and duration of use. Each package is provided as a one-time purchase valid for 28 calendar days from the date of activation (unless otherwise specified in the package description). Services do not renew automatically, and you must submit a new payment to extend or restart the service period.
Our Service may contain links or references to third-party websites, platforms, or content for informational or educational purposes. These external sources are provided for your convenience, and Holly neither controls nor endorses them. We are not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, legality, or completeness of third-party content and disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your access to or reliance on it.
All materials presented within the Holly platform – including but not limited to text, design, graphics, video, icons, photos, user guides, branding elements, and code (collectively, "Content") – are the property of Holly or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Holly grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service following these Terms and to view and interact with the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holly, Gray Peach Media Inc, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Holly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses; or service interruptions, delays, or failures due to external network issues or third-party platforms.
Where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under that law.
These Terms are governed by and construed following the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, excluding its conflict of laws rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Hawaii, USA, regardless of where you are located.
Any disputes relating to the Service or these Terms should first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be exclusively settled in the State of Hawaii's courts. You agree that any claims must be filed within one (1) year from the date the issue arose.
By using the Service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Holly, including notices about the Service, account and transaction information, and promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided. Opting out will not affect receipt of essential service-related emails.
Holly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect any violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and ceasing to use the Service. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Holly reserves the right to transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party, with or without your consent. You may not transfer or assign these Terms to anyone else without Holly's prior written consent.
